Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an official order confirmation email from our system. ventaro reserves the right to verify order information and cancel or suspend abnormal orders, including invalid information, payment failures, inventory shortages, and suspected fraudulent transactions, to ensure secure and legitimate transactions.

All product prices displayed on the ventaro official website are final, transparent, and free of hidden fees. In accordance with our official shipping policy,all products qualify for 100% global duty-free and tax-free delivery. International customers only pay the listed product price and corresponding shipping costs, with no additional import taxes or customs charges.
